Course Summary: This course is designed to provide the attendee practical tools to understand and deal with different cultural backgrounds and behaviors. Subject matter will include differences in language, ethnic background, age, gender, religion and national origin. Attendees will also explore the impact of explicit and impact bias on cultural and societal stereotypes and the misinterpretations of cultural behaviors that exists in the community and work place.
