Moving through grief with grace

Course Summary:
Grief is one of the hardest human emotions to encounter and yet for almost all human beings, we will encounter grief in some form during the course of our lifetime. Unfortunately you cannot avoid grief or make it disappear, but there are ways to lessen the suffering that accompanies grief and therefore, move through grief with more grace and ease. Whether you are experiencing grief in your life right now, helping someone who is grieving, or preparing for grief before it has happened, this class will equip you with tools that can help soften your experience. You will learn productive coping mechanisms, mindfulness techniques, body-based tools, modalities of support, ways of understanding the complexity of grief, as well as tips to support someone who is grieving.
