Dr. Valdez has written several books on gang culture and dynamics teaches all our gang and violence classes and many other classes too.Dr. Jessica Byrd-Olmstead is an expert in juvenile disorders, is a previous Director at Kaiser and currently the Director of The Meadows Intensive Outpatient Program in Sunnyvale, Ca. She  was the author of research identifying implicit bias in the San Jose Police Dept then worked with the dept to help change that.
Ruth Patrick, M.A. teaches Domestic Violence in the Affluent Community. She is the founder and director of WOMENSV, an organization to aid victims of domestic violence in the affluent community across the U.S.Chaplain Dave Walker teaches our Aftermath of War and After the War classes. Chaplain Dave Walker was no stranger to human suffering or the emotional aftermath having been a Navy combat vet. He was on the scene at 911 recovering the victims and most recently was the chaplain for the Campbell Police Dept. He is a founder of the Community Vets Project which helps miliary veterans and their families with all aspects of post military life.
